BookZeni Premier is $19 per month. BookZeni adds no per-transaction fee at launch. When payments are connected, the processor’s current fee is calculated automatically and recorded with each payment.
Stripe standard U.S. online card rate verified August 1, 2026. Rates may change. The connected payment processor supplies the final fee for each transaction. BookZeni’s Premier fee does not include separate fees charged by payment processors, Zoom, Google, Microsoft, or other third-party services.

Yes. The Client Journey view brings customer contact details, inquiry status, intake forms, contracts, payments, appointments and follow-up history into one searchable place. The business can filter people who need a reply, signature, payment or appointment follow-up.
Yes. The business can send an individual payment reminder from the client record after email delivery is connected. Messages should identify the business, accurately state the amount and due date, follow the customer’s communication permissions, and avoid misleading or harassing language.
A business may collect a service or billing address, including city, state and ZIP code, when it has a legitimate booking, payment, tax, safety or dispute-related need. Access should be limited, logged and retained only as long as the business has a lawful reason. BookZeni does not store full card numbers.
No full account is needed. Customers receive a secure email link to their small Client Portal.
A booking or scheduled reminder tells BookZeni which message to prepare. BookZeni adds the client, service, date, payment and business details, then a connected transactional email provider delivers it from a verified sending address. The business dashboard records whether it was sent, delivered or returned. Live delivery must be connected before real client messages can leave BookZeni.
Yes. Once live email delivery is connected, BookZeni can send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, payment reminders and follow-up messages from the business to its clients. The business controls which messages are active and when they are sent.
Yes. After Stripe is connected, eligible businesses can accept in-person contactless cards and mobile wallets with Stripe Tap to Pay on a compatible iPhone or Android device. Device, country, Stripe account and app requirements apply. Full BookZeni integration will be activated during payment setup.
