Yes. Upload one PDF agreement in Business Tools. Customers review it, type their legal name, consent to electronic signing, and the signature is recorded with the booking before payment.
Yes. Their private portal shows the total, amount paid, remaining balance, payment history, appointment, signed contract, and an additional payment button when a balance remains. The business can copy, email, or text the private link again from the dashboard.
Early access is free with no card. Premier is $19/month if selected after launch. BookZeni deducts $0.99 from each successful payment; Stripe processing fees are separate.
